After a minimum of three years maturation the whisky is graceful, using a combination of bourbon, red wine and kosher sherry barrels the distillery is producing some excellent whisky.
Red apple and stone fruits on the nose, fresh honeycomb and beeswax polished oak with nutmeg and clove spices that are reminiscent of hot apple pie.
