PRODUCTION METHOD

• Single distillation in copper refrescadera still
• Crafted from rare Coyote Verde hybrid agave
• Traditional production methods in Miahuatln, Oaxaca
• Each batch expertly distilled to preserve the unique characteristics of this distinctive agave

TASTING NOTES

• Nose: Intensely herbaceous with pronounced green wood notes, complemented by mesquite, rhododendron, and bright lemon aromatics
• Palate: Complex layers of sweet orange, woody popsicle stick, and pungent mustard seeds, evolving into green mangos, banana skins, lemongrass, and umami-rich seaweed notes
• Finish: Distinctive mineral character reminiscent of granite, followed by charred peppers and vegetables, culminating in rich cocoa notes
