Tequila Ochos Reposado is made with 100% blue agave, harvested only when overripe, and distilled at Distillery Los Alambiques in the Highlands of Jalisco. This expression is rested for 8 weeks and 8 days in ex-American whiskey barrels that have been used before to age tequilas, just over the minimum amount of time as required by law, and giving the Reposado a round, cooked-agave note.
Bright, sweet cooked agave notes shine through, while balancing with the sweet spice, cinnamon, and delicate notes of vanilla from the oak aging. Long and creamy finish.
