Look for a pale yellow straw hue and aromas that mingle dried oregano with a touch of honey. The palate is light and relatively restrained. An initial savory note opens to mild almond and vanilla sweetness, plus fleeting tropical fruit juiciness in the back, exiting with peppery tingle. Aged four months in used American oak.
