Tequila 123 represents founder and tequilero David Ravandi’s dedication to creating agave spirits that express complexity and delicate flavors. The tequilas are produced organically in local farms and then bottled in hand-blown recycled glass with recycled paper.
The agaves used in UNO Tequila are aged for up to ten years. They are then harvested by hand and slowly cooked in stone ovens. After a natural fermentation and distillation in small batches, a wonderful Blanco Tequila is created.
