The jimadores of Casa Siete Leguas then carefully harvest the agave after an extended period of up to 10 years. They face the challenges of mother nature just as the agaves did, performing the jima in a heroic way among the steep slopes.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: a pleasant and fresh aroma of agave, minerals, and citrus, with a noticeable sharp pepper note and delicate floral undertones. It’s not as earthy as a standard 7L Blanco, but a hint of cinnamon adds subtle spiciness.
• On the palate, the tequila immediately delivers a sweet and mineral taste of agave and a tropical banana note reminiscent of some rums. The texture is creamy and smooth, with a hint of butter.
