Grappa 8 Anni is an exceptional grappa produced from the distillation of pomace from grapes used to produce Barolo wine. After an initial storage in steel tanks, the grappa is aged for eight years in oak barrels and barriques. This long aging gives it a particular softness and complexity, developing unique and elegant aromas.
