The Guero is our barrel-strength, unfiltered and uncut American Whiskey that has been distilled in small batches at our distillery in Colorado and then matured in American oak casks for a minimum of 17 years. It is named after the Mexican nickname given to Dave Phinney at his first harvest job. It translates to light-skinned, and the days and nights of working in the winery as part of a temporary harvest team with this skilled crew remain some of Daves fondest memories.
