The “Dias de los Muertos” means “The Day of the Dead” where the Mexican people celebrate life and death, eternal friendship and the beautiful memories of loved ones in heaven. This unique festival is celebrated by means of this Padre Azul Artist Edition, which reflects the Mexican attitude to life of eternal friendship and attachment.
The maturation of the tequila, which consists of 100% blue agave, takes place for 18 months in hand-selected oak barrels. The special bottle design is not only the cap, a skull which was made of cast iron, but also the elaborate bottle design of the famous traditional Mexican figure Catrina, which was created by the Mexican artist Jose Parra. Each bottle of this limited edition was provided with an inididual number.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the #RamonPorvida Foundation.
