Montelobos Mezcal Tobal Joven is an unaged and wild-fermented mezcal crafted with tobala agave. The tobala is roasted underground to produce a rich, smoky flavor. Its then distilled in small batches in copper stills for optimal balance of green agave, sweetness and smoke.
