A blend of Valdigui, Mourvdre, Grenache, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot, and Carignan, it undergoes carbonic maceration, resulting in lifted, aromatic notes of raspberry candy, rose petals, and violets. The palate is fresh and juicy, bursting with flavors of ripe cherry, candied red apple, and soft tannins, making it an easy-drinking, fruit-forward wine thats best served with a slight chill.
