Written lineage of the barrels were long lost, but Casa Don Ramntook the utmost care to preserve and respect the legacy of these lost barrels, and rumor has it, the Tequila aged there for 11 years or more. The Tequila was further aged for three additional years to ensure the liquid could officially be classified as an extra aejo within industry requirements.
