Dictador XO Insolent is obtained from the fermentation of the unique “Virgin Sugar Cane” – a kind of sugar cane honey. Then this rum is distilled in a modern stainless steel Alembic. Then the Insolent matures in reused oak barrels from Jerez and Portugal, so that each type of barrel enriches the interior with sweet flavors that begin to caramelize in the rum during the long aging process.
Carefully, the barrels from each vintage are then blended by hand using the highest level of technology. The master blender uses all his skills to create the most exquisite blended rum, which is approved for bottling only when it reaches the highest level.
