These casks were sourced from well-known port producerW&J Graham’s. This isn’t the first time that Dalmore has shown an appreciation for Graham’s casks – a trio of releases from mid-2017 were all finished in Graham’s Port casks
Nose:Clove-studded orange, rich raspberry and prune, a touch of sponge cake.
Palate:Chocolatey at first, before waves of dried fruit and stem ginger notes appear. A touch of earthy bitterness develops later on, balanced by runny honey.
Finish:Roast chestnuts, gingerbread and tobacco.
