Crafted with meticulous care, this artisanal mezcal takes its first breath in the traditional underground pit ovens, embracing the elemental forces of fire and oak. The process continues with handpicked agaves at their peak maturity, followed by crushing with a tahona stone wheela centuries-old tradition that imparts authenticity and character to the mezcal.

After a journey through fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills, the liquid rests in new American oak casks.
