Claridad Mezcal Ensamble De Siete is a bold, harmonious blend of seven wild and semi-cultivated agave varietals each chosen for its unique voice, all brought together in a rare symphony of flavor. Crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Onofre Ortz Ortz in Miahuatln, Oaxaca, this ensamble is a celebration of biodiversity, tradition, and instinct.

Using time-honored methods, each agave is roasted together in a stone-lined pit oven fired by oak, crushed by machete and grinder, naturally fermented in open-air cypress tanks, and twice distilled in copper pot stills. The result is a mezcal that balances complexity and clarity true to the Claridad name.

At 45.5% ABV, it offers a layered nose of roasted herbs, dried citrus peel, wildflowers, and dusty mineral. The palate is vibrant yet grounded, weaving smoke, spice, forest floor, and green fruit into a long, structured finish. Each sip reveals new depth reflecting the terrain, technique, and time behind its creation.
