Produced using the traditional solera method, this Cardenal Mendoza Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva matures in oak barrels that were previously filled with sherry such as Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez. This special ageing method gives the brandy its exceptional depth and complexity.
