Grappa Aldo Bianca is dedicated to the founder Aldo Bottega. It is made from a blend of the best-known and most widespread grape varieties in Italy, such as Pinot, Cabernet and Merlot. A triple distillation is carried out at different temperatures. The grappa is aged in tanks for 6 months and impresses with its aromatic profile and softness.
