AROMA
The wine is beautifully perfumed, with lifted sweet spice and whole bunch
characters. Complex and layered, showing earthy and savoury characters,
which mark the contribution made by the whole bunches used during
fermentation.
PALATE
A lovely lightness, where the wine dances across the palate and finishes
fresh and lifted. The tannins sit more in the background, just enough to add
texture and structure and keep the wine composed.
