Formerly associated with the Standish Wine Company and Torbreck Vintners, Fraser launched a new venture in 2006a boutique winery named Sami-Odi. Here, he produces limited quantities of top-tier Syrah (not Shiraz). Instead of making typical Barossa wines, he meticulously selects plots from the valleys best vineyards, vinifying them separately to create a cuve that highlights their collective strengths.
