Established in 1975 by Ron and Elva Laughton, Jasper Hill producers some of Australias most compelling and sought after wines. Located at Heathcote in Central Victoria on ancient Cambrian soils-deep, red color well drained gravely loams on undulating hillsides. These support low-vigor vine growth without the need for supplementary irrigation.

Its got everything you want from a typical Georgias Paddock Shiraz.Powerful yet elegant, well rounded red and black fruits, brilliant spice with soft subtle tannins that extend through the whole palate. Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2014 Shiraz Georgias Paddock gives pronounced black forest cake, prunes and blackberry preserves nose with hints of anise, sandalwood, baking spices and espresso.
