Made from the best blue agaves, carefully selected and grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Don Julio 1942 stands out for its refined aging. The agave hearts are slowly baked and then distilled in small batches to preserve the pure and rich flavor profile. The tequila is then aged for over two years in fine oak barrels previously used for aging bourbon.
