Tequila Viva Mexico Anejo has been inspired by the sunset falling on the agave fields, the umber shade that the light casts on the red land, and the sound of the horseshoes on the cobblestone roads.
All expressions are made with 100% Tequilan Weber. Agaves are aged from 7-9 years old, slow cooked in adobe ovens for 36 hours, fermented for a minimum of 200 hours, and double distilled in copper stills. It is then aged for an average of 18 months in American White Oak barrels.
