After cooking, the agave is crushed and fermented with champagne yeast and then twice-distilled to ensure optimal flavor and quality. Telsn Aejo Tequila is then aged in French Oak barrels for one year, allowing the tequila to develop a complex and sophisticated flavor profile.
During the aging process, the tequila takes on the flavors of the oak barrels, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied taste with notes of vanilla, oak, and light spice, complemented by a light, distinctive agave flavor. Telsn Aejo Tequila has an ABV of 40% (80 proof), making it the perfect addition to any cocktail or enjoyed neat.
