Chosen in early 2022, this barrel had an allure that the team couldn’t overlook. Filled with the renowned Cazcanes Blanco tequila at approximately 52% ABV, it was left to interact with time and nature. The elements took their due, and nine months on, what emerged was bottled at a robust 50% abv or 100 proof, preserving its true Cask Strength essence.
