Sip Tequila Paloma Recipe
– Juice of of a grapefruit
– oz fresh squeezed lime juice
– 2 oz lightly aged Reposado
– Sparkling water
– Gourmet salt and grapefruit wedges for garnish
Rub the rim of a Collins glass with a grapefruit wedge, and dip the rim into the salt. Add Tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime, stir to combine. Fill with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a wedge.
