Their terrific 2023 Bourgogne Rouge has a bright ruby red color with aromas of succulent red berry fruit. Suave and elegant in the mouth, with notes of savory spice and earthy complexity emerging in the mouth with delicacy and finesse. This is a Bourgogne that pays great compliment to food pairings. Serve it with poultry, wild game, mushroom souffl and beef Bourguignon.
