Hooghoudt uses both traditional and innovative techniques to distill small batches of the finest spirits.
The uniqueness of our Genever comes from the way we experiment with malt spirit for a deep, layered, and grainy taste with juniper and other botanicals. We finish by aging our spirit in Oloroso sherry casks. It is the connection of those three elements that build its profound character.
