Sutter Home White Zinfandels pale pink blush and touch of sweetness is a long way from Zinfandels dark color and spicy, peppery flavors. To create the White Zinfandel, Zinfandel grapes are immediately pressed after harvest to collect the rich, concentrated free-run juice. Winemakers then cold-ferment the juice at 60F for ten days in stainless steel tanks, to enhance the wines fresh aromas, fruity flavors and crisp acidity.
