Estate MerlotThe heart and soul of the Eden Valley are embodied in their meticulously nurtured single vineyard estate wines. This wine stands as a testament to their commitment to excellence.Tasting Notes Color: It boasts a deep, dark red color. Aroma: It presents an expressive nose with scents of summer berries, cherry, black olive, and a touch of spice. Palate: It is medium-bodied, showcasing elegance and restraint, with flavours of redcurrant, earth, and creamy oak, complemented by bright acidity and fine, chalky tannin.
Maturation: It has been aged for 18 months in one and two-year-old French oak barrels.
Style: It is an accomplished example of Eden Valley Merlot, finished with layered complexity offered through integrated French oak maturation. It is approachable now with mid-term cellaring potential.
