It features 25% whole bunches and 75% whole berries, with wild yeast fermentation followed by 15 months on lees in French oak, 40% of which is new. The wine exhibits a rich, deep crimson-purple hue and combines some characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon while maintaining its distinct identity. The black fruit flavors are intense and well-structured, offering a depth that matches its length. It delivers powerful balance and promises a remarkable aging potential. Only 372 dozen bottles were produced.
