Moulins characteristics are: eastern exposure, thin topsoil supported by grass plantings, transitional horizon rich in chalk and fairly deep, subsoil of soft, fractured chalk. Work done in the vineyard taking lunar cycle into account; plant decoction used for vineyard treatments.
