This Multi-Vintage ros is a blend of white wine from Pinot Noir (gently pressed for pale juice) and red wine from Pinot Noir (created through prolonged maceration), complemented by a discreet touch of Chardonnay.

Its pink copper hue with raspberry undertones evolves to a sophisticated salmon shade with age. Fine bubbles reflect a meticulous selection of grapes and extended cellar aging.Aromas of redcurrant and red fruits unfold into notes of morello cherry, wild strawberry, and violet, with a hint of lemon from the Chardonnay. Over time, the bouquet deepens to include dark cherry, fig, and blackberry.Fresh red fruit shines on the palate, with a bright and enduring finish. Comprising reserve wines from 25 vintages dating back to 1985, this Extra-Brut ros spends three years on the lees and at least six months post-disgorgement, showcasing remarkable depth and complexity.
