The Naga Rum Casked Aged Rum of Indonesia is produced in the north of Java Island using ancient Asian techniques. A slow fermentation of the molasses in combination with malted Indonesian red rice yeast results in this breathtaking rum. A blend of two distillates: one rum from Indonesian pot stills and another from column stills. Maturation takes place in Jati oak barrels (teak wood) and in bourbon barrels.
