The name 12/12 comes from an old expression of bowlers, each game is played in 13 points, 12/12 corresponds to the match ball for both teams. The head of the bottle represents a bouling ball, which can be removed.
The 12/12 Pastis de Saint Tropez is a classic French Pastis. Star anise is carefully distilled in a column still. Maceration of fresh figs, orange blossoms and sweet almonds from the surrounding area, along with various botanicals and spices follows. Hand-harvested botanicals from the Bay of St. Tropez are also added.
The fancy bottle design is by Saint Tropez artist Quentin Monge.
