It was the first grappa distillery that had no impact on the environment and ensures a neutral CO2 balance. The heat for the distillation process, for example, is obtained from vegetable fuels. The company has also participated in the project “Impatto Zero”, they have achieved a protected area of 340,000 square meters in Costa Rica’s forests.
The grappa is distilled from the Nebbiolo grape.
