Sarpa is made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes. The distillation is done in copper stills.
Cleopatra is made from Moscato Fior d’Arancio and Muscat grape marc. The distillation process uses the “Crysopea” method.
The Sassicaia is made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The distillation is done gently in small quantities with the help of steam. The storage takes place for 6 months in former Sassicaia wine barrels.
