Westland Sherry Wood Whiskey is an amber whiskey with a dry, bracing scent brushed with dried apricot and brown sugar with notes of maple syrup. The custard-like notes with vanilla, chamomile tea and stewed stone fruit are brought out with a splash of water and finished with a wisp of smoke.
