Flow Red is a bright and juicy natural wine, made from a blend of 37% Garnacha, 22% Merlot, 17% Syrah, 13% Garnacha Gris, 11% Carignan from the Sota Els ngels certified organic estate vineyard, planted at 150 meters altitude on silty loam soils with silica. Grapes are harvested by hand and 50% de-stemmed. Each variety is fermented separately with native yeasts in concrete lagar, layering de-stemmed grapes with whole bunches for a quick 4-5 days of maceration, then pressed softly, and raised in stainless steel tank for 6 months before blending and bottling with a light filtration. (6mg/L TOTAL SO2)
